We are so blessed to live in an era where we have endless access to
information that has the potential to dramatically improve the quality of our lives. However, as we all know the key to living a fit and healthy life goes deeper than just accessing information. It involves accountability and support to actually make healthy choices each day. It is our hope that this blog will provide a source of both information AND motivation for each of us as we seek to honor God with our bodies.
So how will this work?
Each person who chooses to participate will be assigned a week or two throughout the year where you can post a topic, story, idea, recipe, book/video review, article etc. that you think others would benefit from reading. We can then all comment on your post as a way to interact around the topic.
Do I have to Post?
No, but then both you and the rest of us miss out on what the Lord is teaching YOU!
What if I have nothing meaningful to Say?
To quote our friend Matthew West:
