Yes, it's that time of year again. Time to set some goals for 2014, specifically fitness and wellness goals. As we often hear, it's always good to make goals SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Reasonable and Time bound). But where's the fun in setting a "reasonable" goal? How about something BIG for this year?

I'm renewing my 10,000 step weekday and 15,000 weekend step goal...plus Im adding a 100 SOMETHING per day. 100 bosu squats, 100 arm circles, 100 seconds of planks.... just 100 of something! And 1hr workouts at least 5 days a week.
ReplyDeleteThe Blackman family is renewing our commitment to eating more locally grown and organic food. We're also going to try some new, natural sweeteners to move away from processed sugar (we both like sugar in our coffee.) For myself, I want to average 10,000 steps a day in 2014 and do yoga at least 1x/week. (P.S. Ashley--love your goals!)
